Functional Responsibility:
Reports to Project Manager for a task/project. Provides technical support for software development and integration efforts. Performs in a variety of technical areas including systems requirements analysis, data analysis and engineering, systems design, systems development computer programming, systems testing and deployment quality assurance, configuration management COTS evaluation, systems integration, and systems documentation. Analyzes information requirements. Evaluates problems of workflow, organization, and planning. Helps develop plans for automated information systems from project inception to conclusion. Defines the problem and develops system requirements and program specifications. Provides technical support in anyone or more of the following: preparation of technical specifications; testing and integration of system components; development and programming of system components; data base engineering and management systems support and enhancements; preparation of technical documentation.

Education and Experience:
Associates Degree or equivalent experience, in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business, or other related field.

Budget Specialist
Functional Responsibility:
Apply management analysis processes, statistical methods, and advanced technical and analytical research techniques to determine budget solutions based on client requirements with an IT services/solutions-based scope. Evaluate and monitor fiscal activities for potential impact and conduct management studies. Analyze accounting reports, write budget justifications, research programs activities, examine budget and financial plans. Working knowledge and/or familiarity with administrative support systems such as word processing, spreadsheet, graphics and illustration, computer aided design/drafting and database systems.

Education and Experience:
Minimum of 4 years work experience specialized in business analysis, systems functional analysis, and/or organizational statistic planning including 2 years in professional budgeting experience within a government jurisdiction. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline.

Chief Engineer
Functional Responsibility:
Design, develop integrated hardware and software solutions to integrate and manage multiple locations. Provides technical guidance and skills in support of information systems development and integration efforts. Performs in a variety of technical areas including software design, systems requirements analysis, data analysis and engineering, systems design, systems development, computer programming, systems testing and deployment. Analyze and develop computer software processing a wide range of capabilities including engineering, business, and records management functions. Defines the problem and develops system requirements and program specifications. Provide rapid response to emerging client needs.

Education and Experience:
Minimum Experience of 12 years in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business. Bachelor's Degree in a related engineering, computer science, information systems, or other related technical field. In lieu of education an additional 12 years of related experience is required Advanced degree may substitute for years of experience.

Functional Specialist
Functional Responsibility:
This labor category is designed for other than IT functional expertise, but the expertise is required to support an IT task. Provides task-unique functional expertise necessary to interpret requirements, ensure responsiveness, and achieve successful performance. Advises IT consultants with the analysis, evaluation, and implementation of systems and other IT tasks. This is a non-management position.

Education and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience in related field, at least 3 years of demonstrated specialized experience in the field of the task required functional area. B.A. or B.S. degree.

Information Security Specialist Functional Responsibility:
Technical lead for Information Security (INFOSEC) and trusted systems technology. Designs, oversees development and test, and documents cryptographic products, trusted networks, database management systems and telecommunications subsystems. Researches, writes, reviews, and makes recommendations regarding information security policies, certifications and accreditation reviews, security test and evaluation reports, trusting computing base architectures, and security engineering practices and processes. Leads automated information system security engineering tasks, which may include policy development, asset and risk assay, development of security specifications/architecture/plans, development and/or installation of digital signature systems, support for key and certificate management implementation/support of trusted computing bases, systems Certification & Accreditation support and hands-on development and operation of pilot or prototype information security applications. Conducts analysis of current information security architecture and reports comparative assessments of alternate approaches. Designs, develops, debugs, tests, documents, and maintains computer programs for security applications.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in relevanttechnical or business-related field. Ten years experience in Information Security. Information Technology Certified Professional
Functional Responsibility:

Functional Responsibility:

Prepares specifications, code, system tests, and documentation in accordance with standards and requirements specifications. May support installation of physical and software components. Principal lead network engineer with proven technical ability in network design and implementation. Act as the technology lead for designing network and security platforms.
